1. If you cancel your plan now, Texting (SMS) will continue to be enabled for your company
till the end of the current billing cycle. No refund shall be issued.
2. At the end of the billing period, Texting (SMS) will be deactivated for your company. No
further billing shall be done.
3. We will retain your Sending/Receiving number for a period of one month and release it
after that. If you activate Texting (SMS) for your company at a later date, we cannot
guarantee that you will be allocated
the same number for your company.

Administration tab.

Before you send Texting (SMS) messages to your candidates, please keep the following in
mind.
1. Make it clear in the message whom it is from, and its purpose.
2. Please do not ask for sensitive information. Text/SMS messages are exchanged over
unencrypted channels.
3. As much as possible send messages during working hours; avoid sending messages during
rest hours or at night.
4. It is better to first ask the candidates if they are comfortable communicating via
text/SMS messages - we have provided a template to that effect.
5. Limit the number of messages you send out to a candidate. Sending too many messages may
be considered as harassment.
